1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing discordbooster.com, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy and Refund & Refill Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase a service.

2. Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, and able to enter a binding agreement. If you order for a company, community, or another person, you confirm that you have authority and permission to do so.

3. Services

DiscordBooster sells Discord member and server boost packages described on the relevant product page and at checkout. Package features, quantities, prices, estimated delivery times, guarantee periods, and availability may vary. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we begin processing it.

4. Customer responsibilities

You agree to:

• provide accurate contact, order, and server information;
• keep the invite link active and the server accessible during delivery;
• have permission to purchase services for the specified server;
• use the services only for lawful purposes;
• avoid ordering overlapping services from another provider while our delivery or guarantee review is active; and
• cooperate reasonably when support needs information to verify or resolve an order.

5. Prohibited use

You may not use our services to support unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, threats, exploitation, malware, spam, intellectual-property infringement, or content that violates applicable law. You may not interfere with our systems, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, abuse promotions, submit fraudulent disputes, or resell our service deceptively.

We may refuse, pause, or cancel an order where we reasonably believe it presents a security, legal, fraud, abuse, or payment risk.

6. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed deadlines. Delays can result from order volume, server configuration, invite-link problems, Discord availability, maintenance, payment review, or other circumstances. You must contact us promptly if delivery appears incorrect.

Member services increase the server’s member count or presence as described; they do not guarantee messages, voice activity, purchases, community participation, organic growth, Server Discovery approval, or any specific business outcome. Boost services provide boosts for the purchased duration and do not transfer ownership of accounts to you.

7. Prices, payment, and taxes

Prices and available payment methods are shown at checkout and may change before an order is placed. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the displayed total. You are responsible for taxes, conversion costs, blockchain fees, or other charges imposed by your jurisdiction or payment provider unless checkout states otherwise.

8. Refills, replacements, cancellations, and refunds

Eligibility is governed by our Refund & Refill Policy. Discord member packages generally include the guarantee displayed on the product page, and eligible boosts lost during the purchased duration may be replaced. Delivered digital services are generally not refundable merely because you change your mind.

9. Third-party platforms

DiscordBooster is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc. Discord is a third-party platform governed by its own rules and technical decisions. We do not control platform updates, outages, enforcement actions, account removals, feature changes, server restrictions, or changes to Discord’s terms.

You are responsible for reviewing and complying with rules that apply to your Discord account and server. We do not promise that purchasing or using our services will satisfy Discord’s rules or protect a server or account from platform action.

10. Intellectual property

The website, branding, text, layout, graphics, software, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to DiscordBooster and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the website for personal or internal business purchasing purposes. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Except for express commitments stated on a product page or in our refund policy, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent retention, particular engagement, revenue, reputation, ranking, discovery, or other results.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DiscordBooster and its owners, staff, contractors, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, reputational loss, or loss arising from third-party platform action.

Our total liability arising from a specific order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold DiscordBooster harmless from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the service, breach of these terms, violation of another party’s rights, or lack of authority to order for a server.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access, support, or unfulfilled service where you materially breach these terms, threaten staff or systems, engage in fraud or abuse, or create a legal or security risk. Terms that by nature should survive termination—including payment, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions—will survive.

15. Disputes

Please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve any concern informally. Before filing a payment dispute, provide your order number and a reasonable opportunity for us to investigate, refill, replace, redeliver, or refund an eligible order.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Kingdom of Bahrain, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law in your place of residence applies. Courts with jurisdiction in Bahrain will have jurisdiction over disputes unless applicable law requires another forum.

17. General provisions

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining terms remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a business transfer or operational reorganization. These terms and the policies they incorporate are the agreement between you and us regarding the website and services.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our services, providers, or legal obligations change. The updated version applies from the published effective date. Material changes may be highlighted on the website. Terms in effect when an order was placed will generally govern that order unless law requires otherwise.
