All services offered on our website are digital and non-tangible. Once an order is delivered or processing has started, it cannot be reversed. However, we offer support in the form of refills or refunds under specific conditions outlined below.
2. Refill Guarantee (Member Drop Protection)
We provide a refill guarantee for services where applicable.
- If members drop within the specified refill period, you are eligible to request a refill.
- Refills will restore the lost members to the original quantity purchased.
- The refill period varies depending on the service selected (clearly mentioned on the product page).
- To request a refill, you must provide your order details and Discord invite link.
We do not guarantee permanent retention, but we ensure reasonable stability during the refill period.
3. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund under the following conditions:
a) Order Not Delivered
- If your order has not been started or delivered within the promised timeframe, you are eligible for a full or partial refund.
b) Service Failure
- If we are unable to deliver the service due to technical issues or system limitations, a refund will be issued.
c) Incorrect Delivery
- If the delivered service does not match what was purchased, you may request a correction or refund.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following situations:
- The order has already been successfully delivered.
- You changed your mind after placing the order.
- You provided an invalid or expired Discord invite link.
- Your server settings (e.g., verification level, bans, restrictions) prevented delivery.
- Member drop occurs after the refill period has expired.
- Misuse, abuse, or manipulation of the service is detected.
5. Partial Refunds

- A portion of the order was successfully delivered.
- The remaining portion could not be completed.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
- Initiating a chargeback without contacting support first may result in a permanent ban from our services.
- We strongly encourage users to contact us to resolve any issues before filing disputes.
